星間タクシーをそのまま改造したため，4人乗りの広いコックピット空間を有している。グリップ性能が高く，とても操作しやすい。ただし，タクシー業界では暴走行為は厳禁なので，ブースト性能はあえて抑え気味にしてある。料金メーターをつけたままにして，1レースあたりの運賃を算出しているらしい。

全宇宙をまたにかけて運営している惑星間タクシー会社「ギャラクシー・キャブ」所属のタクシードライバー。「ギャラクシー・キャブ」において一番の稼ぎ頭だった彼は給与アップを要求して，社長とケンカをしてしまい，しばらくの間だが謹慎処分を喰らってしまった。そんな中，ふと目にした「F-ZERO」レースの記事によって，彼の人生は大きく変わる。全財産をつぎ込んで，タクシーを「F-ZERO」マシンに改造した。果たして仕事で鍛えたハンドルさばきは，レースでも通用するのであろうか！？
