次世代を担う新人パイロットを優勝に導くために，F-ZERO実行プロジェクト委員会直属の養成所が製作したマシン。安定した操作性の高さが魅力で，パイロットであるババのダイナミックなドライビングと融合することで，マシンのさらなる潜在的能力を引き出すことに成功している。

緑の大地を持つ惑星「ジャイアン」の大自然の中で生まれ育った野生児。人並みはずれた野性のカンと柔軟な肉体を持っている。生命体のいる惑星を巡査している「F-ZERO」パイロット選考委員にその資質を認められスカウトされた。故郷を離れて数々のトレーニングをつみ，前回の「F-ZERO Xグランプリ」でデビューを飾ったが，自分はまだまだ未熟だと知り，修行の旅へと旅立つ。その修行の成果で身体能力が更にパワーアップしたが少し自信過剰となり，ビッグマウスぶりもパワーアップした。
