惑星タコラには高度な科学技術がないため，中古のF-ZEROマシンを買い取って，タコラ星人が運転しやすいようにコックピットを改造している。マシンは標準的な性能でバランスがとれているのだが，平凡なレベルで落ち着いている感がある。優勝するには，思いきったセッティングが必要となるかもしれない。

銀河宇宙連邦と対立している惑星「タコラ」の「タコラ星人」代表。現在，惑星「タコラ」は銀河宇宙連邦との抗争が長期化して，四面楚歌の状態にあり，経済的危機に追い込まれている。そこで自分がグランプリ優勝をして，家計を圧迫している子供たちの養育費と，惑星「タコラ」の明るい未来のため政府への寄付金を稼ぎ出そうと考えている。寄付金で，惑星「タコラ」に「F-ZERO」サーキット場を建設してもらい，観光客を集め，経済復興させようと計画しているのだ。
