（レオン，謎の注射を打たれる）
謎の司教	やがてお前もこの力の魅力に逆らえなくなる…	Bishop	Soon, you will become unable to resist this intoxicating power.
（レオン，目が覚めると捕まっていた男と一緒に縛られている）
レオン	大丈夫か？	Leon	Hey! Hey! Wake up!
男	オレを助けるはずじゃなかったのかよ	Man	Crawl out of one hole, and into another.
レオン	この村はどうなってるんだ？	Leon	You wanna tell me what's going on here?
男	あんたアメリカ人だろ何しに来た？	Man	Americano, si? Now what brings a bloke like you to this part of the world?
（レオン，一緒に縛られている腕を動かす）
男	イテーなあお前誰だよ	Man	Easy, whoever you are.
レオン	俺はレオンだこの子を探しに来た知らないか？	Leon	Name is Leon. Came here looking for this girl. Seen her?
男	あんた何者だ？警察にしちゃドロ臭くないし	Man	What are you supposed to be a cop or something? Nah, you don't look the type.
レオン	ちょっとな…	Leon	Maybe.
男	当ててやろうか大統領の娘だろ	Man	Okay, let me guess. She's the President's daughter?
レオン	なぜ知っている？言ってもらおうか	Leon	That's too good for a guess. Want to start explaining?
男	超能力… ウソに決まってるだろ本当は奴らが大統領の娘を教会でどうとかって…	Man	Psychic powers. Nah, just kidding with you, amigo. I overheard one of the villagers talking something about the President's daughter in the church.
レオン	そういうお前は？	Leon	And who might you be?
男	ルイス・セラだただのハンサムなプーさマドリッドの警官だったが辞めちまった	Man	Me llamo Luis Sera. I used to be a cop in Madrid. Now I'm just a good-for-nothing guy, who happens to be quite the ladies' man.
レオン	なぜだ	Leon	Why'd you quit?
ルイス	憎まれ役にはもう飽きた正義の味方なんて割に合わねえ仕事さ…	Luis	Policia... you put your life on the line, nobody really appreciates you enough for it. Being a hero isn't what it's cracked up to be anymore.
レオン	俺も元警察官だ… 1日だけな	Leon	Used to be cop myself. Only for a day though.
ルイス	オレより根性なしだな	Luis	I thought I was bad.
レオン	配属初日からラクーンシティの事件さ	Leon	Somehow I managed to get myself involved with the incident in Raccoon City, on my first day in the force.
ルイス	それってアンブレラ事件か？警察のラボでウィルスの― ―サンプルってヤツを見…	Luis	That is the incident with the viral outbreak, right? I think I might have seen a sample of the virus in the lab at my department.
（斧を持った村人が現れる）
村人	（字幕なし）^[1]	Villager	Te voy a matar... (=I will kill you...)
ルイス	なんとかしろ！元警官だろ	Luis	Do something, cop!
レオン	お前もな	Leon	After you!
（村人，斧を振りかぶる）
レオン	今だ	Leon	Now!
（レオン，振り下ろされた斧を使って手の縛めを解き，襲い来る村人を投げ飛ばして倒す）
（ルイスはその隙に一人で逃走）
（無線）
レオン	こちらレオンちょっと手が離せない状況で連絡が遅くなってしまった	Leon	It's Leon. Sorry I couldn't get in touch sooner but I was a bit tied up.
ハニガン	本当に大丈夫？	Hunnigan	You're okay right?
レオン	ああ大丈夫だ連中に捕まっていた男からの情報だアシュリーは教会にいるらしい	Leon	I'm fine. There was male civilian held captive. According to him Ashley's in a church somewhere.
ハニガン	その男はどうしたの？	Hunnigan	What happened to him?
レオン	ここから逃げた	Leon	He managed to escape.
ハニガン	教会の場所はわかるの？	Hunnigan	Do you have a fix on the location of that church?
レオン	村のどこかに隠し通路があるようだとりあえず村に戻ってみる	Leon	No, but apparently there's a secret passage in the village that leads there. I'm heading back to the village.
（レオン，商人に声をかけられる）
商人	こっちだ	Merchant	Over here, stranger.
（商人に話しかけると，武器を見せてくれる）
商人	いい武器があるんだ	Merchant	Got something that might interest you.
（レオン，村長の部屋の2階に入ると，下のフロアから声が聞こえる…）
村人	（字幕なし）^[2]	Villager	Hay un rumor de que hay un extranjero entre nosotros. (=There's a rumor that there's foreigner among us.)
村人	（字幕なし）^[3]	Villager	Nuestro jefe se cuidara de la rata. (=Our boss will take care of the rats.)
村人	（字幕なし）^[4]	Villager	Su "Las Plaga" es mucho mejor que la nuestra. (=His "Las Plaga" is much better than ours.)

（レオン，村人の様子を伺っていると，いきなり村長に首を締め上げられる）
（村長，レオンをじっくり見て，レオンの首を絞めていた手を離す）
村長	同じ血が混じったようだだがおまえは所詮よそ者覚えておけ目障りになるような事があれば容赦はしない…	Chief	You carry the same blood as us, it seems. Nevertheless, you're an outsider. Just remember, if you become unpleasant to our eyes, you'll face severe consequences.
（村長，立ち去る）
レオン	同じ血？	Leon	What? Same blood?
